Role Overview

Eshraq Solar is seeking a dedicated Solar Technician to join our team in Al Majma‘ah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to the successful installation, assembly, testing, and commissioning of ground-mounted solar PV projects. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in solar installation and electrical works, demonstrating a commitment to safety, quality, and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and assemble solar PV modules, mounting structures, and related components for ground-mounted projects.
• Perform DC and AC electrical connections in accordance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Carry out cable installation, termination, routing, and basic electrical testing.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar PV systems.
• Read and follow electrical drawings, layouts, and installation instructions.
• Inspect installed components and identify installation or technical issues.
• Follow project quality standards, safety procedures, and site requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other site teams to complete assigned work efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at the project site.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in solar installation or electrical works.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in solar installation and electrical works.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and installation instructions.
