About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a Solution Architect Lead Integration Airport to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to defining and governing the integration and interoperability architecture that connects the entire airport ecosystem, encompassing airport operations, airlines, ground handlers, government bodies, retail, and various partners.

Role Context and Impact

The Lead Solution Architect will own the integration design and standards, leading the integration team and ensuring seamless, resilient data flow. This role operates within a complex, multi-vendor landscape, requiring robust, secure, and scalable integration patterns to support a 24/7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the integration architecture, patterns, and standards, including APIs, ESB/iPaaS, messaging, event-driven, and streaming technologies.
  • Design interfaces across airport operational systems and external stakeholders, applying industry standards such as IATA and A-CDM.
  • Develop integration blueprints, API contracts, and interface specifications.
  • Design integrations for high availability, throughput, error handling, and failover capabilities.
  • Embed security and data protection measures into all integration flows.
  • Define monitoring, logging, and observability requirements for interfaces.
  • Lead and mentor integration architects, ensuring the quality of integration solutions.
  • Support estimation, planning, and risk management within the integration domain.
  • Engage with stakeholders and vendors across the airport ecosystem.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of extensive experience leading complex, multi-system integration on large programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and effectively engage with stakeholders and vendors.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Integration, cloud, and/or security certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Experience in aviation, transport, or critical-infrastructure environments is desirable.
  • Exposure to OT/IoT integration and MSI operating models is desirable.
