Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations at Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley. This full-time position in Riyadh focuses on managing all aspects of the spa to ensure smooth performance and enhance guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, managing guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets to ensure smooth and effective performance.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by developing spa menus and implementing marketing and merchandising strategies to support growth and enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain spa facilities, ensuring all areas and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working order.
• Enhance guest satisfaction by monitoring service trends, responding to feedback, and implementing improvements to elevate the overall spa experience.
• Inspire and develop the team through supervision, coaching, and mentoring; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, engage, and retain a high-performing team.
• Uphold regulatory standards, maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
