Role Overview: Spa Manager

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a dedicated Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations in Riyadh. This full-time role involves ensuring smooth spa performance while delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets to ensure effective spa performance.
  • Develop spa menus and implement marketing and merchandising strategies to support revenue growth.
  • Ensure spa areas and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working order.
  • Monitor service trends, respond to feedback, and implement improvements to elevate the overall spa experience.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, conducting performance evaluations and providing professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, ensuring the wellbeing of guests and team members.
