Role Overview: Spa Manager
Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a dedicated Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations in Riyadh. This full-time role involves ensuring smooth spa performance while delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets to ensure effective spa performance.
- Develop spa menus and implement marketing and merchandising strategies to support revenue growth.
- Ensure spa areas and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working order.
- Monitor service trends, respond to feedback, and implement improvements to elevate the overall spa experience.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, conducting performance evaluations and providing professional development opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, ensuring the wellbeing of guests and team members.
Operational Management and Standards
The Spa Manager is responsible for the effective functioning of all spa operations. This includes meticulous management of product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets.
