Hilton is seeking a Spa Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position involves overseeing daily health club operations and ensuring a high standard of guest experience within the hospitality environment.

Role Overview

The Spa Supervisor supports the management in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon. The role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency and delivering consistent service quality to guests, contributing to their overall stay experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise health club operations, supporting the Manager/Director in the daily functioning of the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon.
• Lead the health club team by training, scheduling, and supervising team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles.
• Provide hands-on support by stepping into staff roles as needed to ensure service continuity and uphold quality standards.
• Assist with business operations, including marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance.
• Uphold regulatory standards, maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise operations and lead a team in a health club or spa environment.
• Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
