Spa Supervisor (Saudi Only) at St. Regis, Riyadh

St. Regis is seeking a Spa Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is open to Saudi nationals only and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Spa Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing spa operations and supporting the management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise employees on property information, in-house groups, policy changes, and other pertinent details.
• Answer questions regarding available services, general property information, and amenities.
• Confirm guest details and scheduled treatments prior to service.
• Monitor and adhere to the daily time schedule, advising providers of changes and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products.
• Complete requisitions for products, supplies, or equipment.
• Inspect work areas and tools/equipment to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Report spa/salon maintenance and repair needs to Engineering.

Leadership and Operational Support

• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including uniform and personal appearance standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating service needs and assisting individuals with disabilities.
• Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette.
• Develop positive working relationships and support the team in achieving common goals.
• Ensure quality expectations are met and implement improvement or corrective action plans as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No prior supervisory experience is required for this role.
• License or Certification: None specified.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
