The Role: Spa Therapist

Boutique Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Spa Therapist to join the team at The Red Palace in Riyadh. This full-time role involves delivering personalized, high-quality massage treatments that align with the brand’s standards of excellence. The Spa Therapist will contribute to a luxurious and rejuvenating guest experience, requiring a deep understanding of various massage techniques and a guest-focused approach. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a spa or hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand guest needs, health concerns, and preferences.
• Provide a variety of massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty treatments, tailored to individual guest preferences.
• Educate guests on the benefits of treatments and recommend personalized Spa programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room, adhering to Boutique Group’s standards.
• Ensure proper sanitization of equipment and consistent restocking of products.
• Uphold a tranquil and professional atmosphere within the Spa environment.
• Handle all guest interactions with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A national certification or license as a Massage Therapist is required.
