Job Description

About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Specialist, HR Operations to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves executing employee services processes and providing support to employees in accordance with established procedures, ensuring compliance with Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validating documentation for necessary data changes.
  • Conducting sample validation of employee letters, such as transfer and promotion letters, as generated by the system.
  • Reviewing leave records in the system to ensure accuracy and up-to-date status.
  • Maintaining the exit checklist and supporting employees through the exit process, including providing exit letters and other relevant documentation.
  • Updating HR system data for departing employees and ensuring their entitlements are correctly recorded.
  • Maintaining digital employee files.
  • Creating certificates, declarations, and statements for employees and authorities upon request.
  • Managing the end-to-end process for contract extensions.
  • Receiving completed employee requests for annual vacation, training, or business travel, consolidating them, and sharing them with the travel service provider.
  • Checking employee eligibility against their contract and ensuring the system reflects this accurately.
  • Discussing travel requests with employees, finalizing ticket proposals, and confirming dates.
  • Collaborating with the corporate travel account agency, reviewing invoices, and coordinating with Finance for timely payments.
  • Communicating company policies related to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits.
  • Conducting exit interviews.
  • Managing employee complaints.
  • Informing employees about company policies, ensuring ethical conduct, and handling violations against brand ethics.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations or a similar role. A strong understanding of HR processes, employee data management, and compliance with service level agreements is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires close collaboration with employees, internal departments, and external service providers.
