Job Description
About the Role
Catrion Group is seeking a Specialist, HR Operations to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in HR operations, focusing on executing employee services processes and providing support to employees in compliance with established procedures, Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Validate documentation for data changes and conduct sample validation of employee letters such as transfer and promotion letters generated from the system.
- Review and ensure the accuracy and currency of leave records in the system.
- Maintain the exit checklist, support employees through the exit process, and provide necessary leaving documentation.
- Update HR system data for departing employees, ensuring correct recording of eligibility and entitlements.
- Digitally maintain employee files.
- Create certificates, declarations, and statements for employees and authorities upon request.
- Manage the end-to-end process for contract extensions.
- Receive, consolidate, and share employee requests for annual vacation, training, or business travel with the travel service provider.
- Verify employee eligibility against their contract and ensure the system reflects this accurately.
- Discuss travel requests with employees, finalize ticket proposals, and confirm travel dates.
- Collaborate with the corporate travel account agency, review invoices, and coordinate with Finance for timely payments.
- Communicate company policies related to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage employee complaints.
- Inform employees about company policies, ensure ethical conduct, and address violations of brand ethics.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in HR operations. A strong understanding of employee services processes, HR systems, and compliance with SLAs and OLAs is essential. The ability to manage documentation, data entry, and employee communication effectively is required.

Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves direct interaction with employees and collaboration with various internal departments and external service providers.
