About the HR Operation Specialist Role
TheChefz is seeking an HR Operation Specialist to support and execute HR operational activities. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and internal procedures, while managing the employee lifecycle and maintaining accurate HR records for efficient operations and a positive employee experience. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, amendments, HR letters, and other employee documentation in adherence to Saudi Labor Law.
- Ensure the accuracy and currency of employee records within HR systems and personnel files.
- Administer employee attendance, manage leave requests, and oversee other HR operational processes.
- Coordinate with Government Relations (GRO) for employee-related government services, including GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and other regulatory platforms.
- Support payroll preparation by verifying employee data, attendance records, deductions, and allowances.
- Monitor employee probation periods and facilitate the coordination of performance review documentation with managers.
- Uphold compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal HR procedures.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, contracts, and employment matters.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and operational workflows.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all employee information and HR records.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar Human Resources role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience utilizing HR systems such as Jisr, Odoo, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with government platforms including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
Essential Skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
