About the Specialist Legal Role at Alfanar

Alfanar is seeking a Specialist Legal to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed to provide essential support to Legal Counsels across various tasks, including conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, and facilitating communication with clients. The position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in the legal field.

Key Responsibilities

• Support governance for domestic and global subsidiaries to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Perform preliminary reviews of the legal aspects of project proposals.
• Draft agreements, correspondence, and other texts, providing comments to the corresponding Manager.
• Assist in the drafting of legal documents for the final review of the manager.
• Draft legal memoranda and other legal documents, including administrative contracts and agreements such as contracts of engagement for personnel and consultants, and procurement contracts.
• Prepare background materials, reports, and papers as requested by the Manager.
• Review Agreements, MOUs, NDAs, PoAs, and Board Resolutions.
• Undertake Board Secretarial duties.
• Manage and centralize corporate subsidiary data to streamline entity Governance.
• Perform and provide required KYC documentation in line with Global KYC procedures.
• Monitor and renew licenses in accordance with laws, regulations, and set procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0 to 1 year of relevant professional experience.
