PROVEN is seeking a Sponsorship Integration Manager for a contractual position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on the planning and integration of sponsor partnerships into large-scale live events, esports competitions, and festivals within Saudi Arabia's esports and entertainment industry. Role Overview

The Sponsorship Integration Manager is responsible for translating sponsorship entitlements into executable activations. This involves close collaboration with sponsorship, commercial, creative, production, and event operations teams to ensure sponsor commitments are effectively integrated into the overall event program. The position requires strong planning and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to personally develop activation plans that align with sponsor objectives and event requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and integration of sponsorship activations across large-scale live events, esports competitions, and festivals.
• Translate sponsorship agreements and entitlements into practical, program-ready activation plans.
• Personally develop detailed activation plans, timelines, deliverables, and implementation requirements to ensure sponsor commitments are fulfilled.
• Coordinate with commercial, sponsorship, creative, production, and event operations teams to integrate sponsor requirements into the overall event program.
• Ensure sponsorship deliverables are aligned with event schedules, venue requirements, operational capabilities, and production plans.
• Manage sponsor activation timelines, track milestones, and follow up on outstanding deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with sponsors and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate updates, and resolve activation-related challenges.
• Monitor the implementation of sponsorship commitments and ensure all agreed deliverables are accurately planned and executed.
• Identify potential risks, operational constraints, and scheduling conflicts affecting sponsor activations, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sponsorship entitlements, activation plans, progress updates, and delivery status.
• Support on-site activation delivery during live events, ensuring sponsor requirements are met in line with agreed plans.
• Review activation outcomes and identify opportunities to improve sponsorship integration and delivery across future event seasons.

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant experience in sponsorship integration, including involvement in at least two live event seasons.
• Demonstrated ability to translate sponsorship entitlements into well-planned, executable activations.
• Experience range of 5-10 years is required.
