Sr. Designer EXA Ceramics

About the Role

Alfanar is seeking a Sr. Designer EXA Ceramics to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves creating high-quality, creative design ideas for product advertisements and promotional materials, delivering finished graphic materials for all products, marketing, and sales needs across both printed and digital media.

Key Responsibilities

• Reflect and communicate brand and product identity through creative design approaches in layout, composition, styling, and coloring for printed and digital media.
• Develop creative graphics and marketing content for brand and product marketing/advertisement.
• Archive product visual databases, including color corrections, and ensure availability for business needs.
• Maintain up-to-date subject knowledge through research and study.
• Supervise and lead the graphic design team, ensuring all deliverables effectively portray the Exa brand aesthetics.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with creative thoughts and ideas.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop packaging ideas that meet client needs.
• Design cost-effective, attractive, and safe packaging for commercial products.
• Design marketing/sales collateral and tools, managing the process from concept execution to final output.
• Monitor marketing communications design schedules and provide progress reports.
• Ensure delivered products or services adhere to company policies and standards.

Team Leadership and Development

• Train subordinates and build an effective team.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
• Delegate assignments to subordinates.
• Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation among subordinates.

Operational Accountability

• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time parameters.
• Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve related problems and escalate complex operational issues as needed.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities.
• Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic team focused on design and marketing for EXA Ceramics products.
