Sr. Graphic Designer

About the Role

Alfanar Projects is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on developing high-quality graphic materials for product advertisements and promotional needs, supporting marketing and sales efforts through both printed and digital media. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in graphic design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative design ideas for product advertisements and promotional materials.
• Ensure all designs reflect and communicate brand and product identity through layout, composition, styling, and coloring for print and digital media.
• Create graphics and marketing content for brand and product promotion.
• Archive and manage product visual databases, including color corrections, for business use.
• Stay updated on industry trends and subject knowledge through continuous research.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

• Supervise and lead the graphic design team.
• Ensure brand aesthetics are maintained across all deliverables.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop packaging solutions tailored to client needs.

Deliverables and Quality Assurance

• Design cost-effective, attractive, and safe packaging for commercial products.
• Create marketing and sales collateral from concept to final output.
• Monitor marketing communications design schedules and provide progress reports.
• Ensure all delivered products and services comply with company policies and standards.

Operational Accountabilities

• Train and develop subordinates, fostering effective teamwork.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the team.
• Delegate tasks fairly to maintain team morale and motivation.
• Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets within schedules and budget.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing task execution and deviations.
• Resolve operational problems and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Contribute to business process improvements, including seeking automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
