Graphic Designer

About the Role

Alesayi Holding is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its team in Makkah, with work also extending to Jeddah. This full-time role supports the Corporate Communications department in producing high-quality visual content across the group's entities. The Graphic Designer will translate brand guidelines into consistent and professional design outputs for both internal and external audiences.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates messages across various platforms. This includes print, digital, social media, and video formats, maintaining a professional and consistent visual identity for Alesayi Holding.

Key Responsibilities

• Design internal and external branded materials such as brochures, company profiles, presentations, reports, flyers, signage, email signatures, and stationery.
• Develop and maintain corporate templates (PowerPoint, Word, internal communications formats) consistent with brand guidelines across all group entities.
• Ensure brand consistency in colors, typography, and visual identity across all communication touchpoints.
• Adapt and localize designs for both Arabic and English audiences.
• Create social media visuals, motion graphics, and short-form video content for LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Edit video content, including event coverage, corporate announcements, and internal communications.
• Support campaigns, award submissions, and executive presentations with necessary design assets.

Additional Responsibilities (Plus)

• Capture photos and video at company events, site visits, and for marketing content.
• Maintain and organize the department's media library.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field. The role requires a strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to apply them consistently across diverse media.
