About the Role

PepsiCo is seeking a SR. MERCHANDISER to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on maximizing on-shelf presence and ensuring product availability in retail outlets.

Role Overview

MERCHANDISER, you will play a key role in the sales team, ensuring our products are optimally displayed and available to consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize on-shelf presence in all assigned outlets according to daily journey plans.
• Merchandise products across various access points including shelves, stands, and floor displays.
• Adhere to planograms for both on- and off-shelf displays.
• Place Point of Sale (POS) materials where applicable.
• Rotate stock using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method and remove sub-standard products.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock of products on the shelf at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities and any deviations from agreed terms with customers.
• Conduct in-store sampling sessions and/or promotions when required.
• Report daily activities to your supervisor.
• Supply the pre-seller with the latest market information to identify selling opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid driving license.
• Service-level oriented approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment and Performance

This role operates within the sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a full-time work schedule. Key performance measures include Execution Standard, LTA enforcement, and Journey Plan adherence. Maintaining appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior in line with the Frito Lay code of conduct is expected.
