The Role: SR.ENGINEER, TENDERING

alfanar is seeking a SR.ENGINEER, TENDERING to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing tendering processes and managing a team to ensure the effective execution of operational and development targets, while upholding quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and train subordinates, fostering an effective team environment.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates across all aspects of their work.
• Delegate assignments effectively to team members, ensuring fair task distribution to maintain morale and motivation.
• Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources efficiently to achieve objectives within established cost and time parameters.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution status of planned tasks.
• Resolve operational problems and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Ensure all quality requirements are met, developing effective quality control measures and processes, including specifications for products or activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, actively seeking opportunities for automation.
• Comply with all related company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure adherence to relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the designated work area to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and high-quality product/service delivery.

Required Experience

Candidates for the SR.ENGINEER, TENDERING position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
