About the Role

Mina Excellence is seeking a dedicated Steward to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within kitchen and food preparation areas. The Steward will support the kitchen staff by ensuring all equipment and workspaces are clean, organized, and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Ensure compliance with established food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
• Collect and dispose of kitchen waste in a proper and timely manner.
• Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized and accessible.
• Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and preparation tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar kitchen support role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.

Work Environment

This role operates within a dynamic kitchen setting in Riyadh. The Steward will be an integral part of the kitchen team, contributing to a clean and safe food preparation environment. The position requires a commitment to full-time work, with shifts that may vary to cover operational needs.
