As a Storekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining our inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
  • Record and maintain accurate inventory levels in the system.
  • Arrange and store materials in designated storage locations.
  • Issue items based on approved requests and update stock records accordingly.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage to maintain material quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse area.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and end users regarding material availability.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Follow safety and security guidelines for materials and equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma preferred).
  • Basic computer literacy (Excel, ERP knowledge is an added advantage).
  • SAP & FMCG Experience is a plus.
