About the Role

Mudad is seeking a Strategic Planning and Project Management Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position. The specialist will contribute to the development and implementation of Mudad’s corporate strategy, supporting both strategic planning activities and project management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of the company’s strategy from its foundational stages.
• Conduct current-state assessments utilizing SWOT and PESTEL analysis frameworks.
• Perform benchmarking to identify and integrate industry best practices.
• Prepare strategic presentations and comprehensive reports.
• Monitor strategic initiatives and track project progress effectively.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure strategic success.
• Develop performance dashboards and analyze data using Power BI to support strategic decision-making and continuous performance improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in strategic planning or project management.

Work Environment

This role is based on-site in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring full-time presence to collaborate with the team and contribute to strategic objectives.
