The Role: Strategy and Operations Lead

Huspy is seeking a highly driven Strategy & Operations Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves partnering directly with the General Manager, KSA, to build and scale Huspy's real estate business within the Saudi market. It is a high-impact position situated at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing the operating model, establishing scalable processes, and driving strategic initiatives as the Saudi business is developed from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the General Manager to define and execute the growth strategy for the Saudi market.
• Design and continuously optimize the operating model to support rapid business growth.
• Build, document, and implement scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational processes across the business.
• Work closely with developers and strategic partners to establish and strengthen relationships within the Saudi real estate ecosystem.
• Design and optimize commission structures that effectively incentivize agent performance while supporting sustainable business growth.
• Support business planning, reporting, and P&L tracking to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze business performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional projects across Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
• Build dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks to monitor business health and growth.
• Support hiring and organizational planning as the Saudi team scales.
• Take ownership of high-priority strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution from concept to implementation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of professional experience.
• Experience working in high-growth startups, scale-ups, consulting, marketplace businesses, or proptech is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working with data and business performance metrics, including revenue and P&L reporting.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
