About the Role

JACO is seeking a Senior Revenue Strategy & Operations Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving revenue growth for JACO's live streaming business in overseas markets, with an initial emphasis on Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region. The role involves transitioning the business from campaign-driven growth to a sustainable, system-led approach.

Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will own revenue strategy operations for JACO Live in international markets. This includes managing streamer go-live activation, developing creator growth systems, implementing supply-side incentives, creating traffic playbooks, and optimizing monetization mechanics. A key aspect of the role is to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Saudi and MENA live entertainment ecosystem, including creator behavior, agency and guild models, user consumption patterns, gifting trends, and local content preferences.

Responsibilities also encompass designing growth strategies across supply, traffic, interaction, and paid conversion, and translating business insights into actionable product and operations plans. Continuous optimization of streamer segmentation, task incentives, creator growth paths, campaign tiers, and ROI evaluation methods will be crucial for improving revenue efficiency and overall business health. This role requires close collaboration with Product, Operations, Recommendation, Data, Engineering, Finance, and regional teams to manage initiatives from strategy design through launch and post-launch iteration. Monitoring business performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify new growth opportunities from both creator and user perspectives will be essential.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong business logic, analytical capabilities, and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex growth challenges into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with live streaming business metrics and growth funnels, such as go-live rate, viewing, interaction, gifting, recharge, ARPU, ARPPU, ROI, and creator/user segmentation.
• A strong curiosity and hands-on interest in entertainment live streaming, creator communities, user spending psychology, social relationship mechanics, and gamified monetization.
• Self-driven and capable of operating effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, with the ability to align stakeholders and deliver measurable business results.
• Fluent English communication skills are required.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in live streaming, the creator economy, social entertainment, gaming, content platforms, or platform growth.
• Arabic fluency or strong familiarity with the Saudi / GCC market.
• Mandarin language proficiency is a plus for collaboration with HQ teams.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia, GCC, MENA, or other overseas live streaming / social entertainment markets.
• Experience with streamer growth systems, creator incentives, agency or guild operations, paid gameplay, revenue campaigns, recommendation traffic strategy, or CRM systems.
• Proficiency in using SQL, BI tools, or dashboard analysis for independent business diagnosis and strategy review.
• Ability to manage the full cycle from strategy to execution, including business diagnosis, mechanism design, product requirements, operations SOPs, launch tracking, and iteration.
