About the Role

Alyne is seeking a Stretch Therapist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on enhancing patient mobility, flexibility, and muscular function through personalized assisted stretching and muscle work. The therapist will contribute to an exceptional patient experience within Alyne's structured patient care approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, hands-on assisted stretching and mobility sessions.
• Perform muscle release techniques and stretching in accordance with approved clinical protocols and professional scope.
• Support patients in improving flexibility, movement, and muscular function.
• Collaborate with Chiropractors to complement individual patient care plans as required.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional treatment environment.
• Ensure an exceptional patient experience through attentive and professional care.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related field.
• Previous hands-on experience in assisted stretching, mobility training, or muscle work.
• Good understanding of anatomy, muscle groups, and human movement.
• Experience in assisted stretching is preferred.
• Knowledge of PNF stretching and myofascial techniques is preferred.
• Experience working with a diverse patient population is preferred.
• Previous experience in a stretch center, chiropractic clinic, or multidisciplinary clinic is preferred.

Clinical Approach and Skills

• Comfortable performing hands-on muscle work and assisted stretching.
• Familiar with stretching techniques such as static, dynamic, and PNF stretching.
• Able to follow Chiropractor-directed care plans and established clinical protocols.
• Willingness to learn and adapt techniques to Alyne's clinical approach.
• Understands professional boundaries and operates within qualifications and authorized scope.
• Warm, personable, and confident in patient interactions.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
• Physically capable of performing hands-on stretching throughout the working day.

Work Environment and Career Progression

The Stretch Therapist reports to the Clinic Manager and works closely with Chiropractors and Clinical Assistants. This role operates within a structured clinical environment, requiring a team-oriented approach.
