About the Role

AREEB is seeking a Surveyor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for ensuring accurate measurements and precise installations in facade construction projects. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting on-site surveys and verifying design alignments to meet project specifications.

Role Overview

The Surveyor plays a critical part in facade construction and installation projects by establishing control points and maintaining precise documentation. This position involves close collaboration with site engineers and project teams to identify and resolve any discrepancies, ensuring all facade components are installed accurately according to design plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site surveys to establish reference points and ensure accurate measurements for facade installation.
• Verify design alignments, dimensions, and elevations in accordance with project specifications and drawings.
• Set out control points for installation teams and continuously monitor their accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and report any discrepancies between site conditions and design plans, proposing appropriate corrective measures.
• Maintain detailed records of all survey data and provide regular updates to the project team.
• Collaborate effectively with the site engineering team to ensure the smooth execution of facade construction activities.
• Operate various survey equipment, including total stations, GPS, and laser levels, to capture accurate site data.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Surveyor, preferably in facade construction or related fields.
• Proficiency in operating survey equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser levels.
• Strong understanding of design alignments, dimensions, and elevation verification.
• Ability to identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and design plans.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 8,000 to SAR 10,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
