About the Role

2P Perfect Presentation, a leader in Saudi Arabia’s ICT landscape since 2004, is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Specialist – Systems & DevOps Engineer for its operations in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on managing enterprise Linux environments, container platforms, automation solutions, and multi-cloud infrastructure to drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support enterprise Linux servers (RHEL, Oracle Linux, SUSE, CentOS), including patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and security hardening.
Design, implement, and maintain SUSE SAP High Availability Clusters (Pacemaker) for mission-critical environments.
Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters (RKE2, OKE, ACK) and containerized workloads.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows using Ansible Automation Platform and Event-Driven Automation (EDA).
Build and maintain monitoring and observability platforms using Prometheus, Grafana, and AppDynamics.
Manage hybrid and multi-cloud environments across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Microsoft Azure, and Alibaba Cloud.
Deploy and maintain enterprise applications on Kubernetes and manage container registries such as Harbor and Azure Container Registry (ACR).
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI to automate application deployment and infrastructure delivery.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance.
Implement infrastructure best practices, disaster recovery strategies, and operational documentation.

Technical Skills and Experience

Proven experience in Linux Administration (RHEL, Oracle Linux, SUSE, CentOS).
Expertise with Kubernetes (RKE2, OKE, ACK) and Docker & Container Technologies.
Experience with SUSE SAP High Availability (Pacemaker).
Proficiency in Ansible Automation Platform & Event-Driven Automation (EDA).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Experience in OCI, Azure & Alibaba Cloud Administration.
Knowledge of Harbor & Azure Container Registry (ACR).
Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana & AppDynamics.
Strong understanding of DevOps Practices & Infrastructure Automation.
Knowledge of High Availability, Disaster Recovery & System Hardening principles.
Proficiency in Shell Scripting / Bash.

Educational Background and Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in Systems Engineering, Linux Administration, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure is essential. Strong experience with Kubernetes, automation platforms, and enterprise Linux environments is required.
