About Moyasar and the Infrastructure Engineer Role

Moyasar Financial Company is a leading fintech firm in Saudi Arabia, focused on delivering secure, scalable, and innovative financial solutions. As the company continues its growth, we are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position, critical to ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our core infrastructure.

Role Overview

The Infrastructure Engineer will play a key role in managing and enhancing Moyasar's technical environment. This position involves ensuring robust system operations, implementing infrastructure as code, and collaborating with development teams to improve overall system reliability and security. The role also includes exploring new technologies to boost engineering productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Linux-based server environments.
• Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications with Docker.
• Automate configuration management and deployments using Ansible.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security.
• Explore and introduce AI tools into DevOps processes to enhance workflows, automate tasks, and boost engineering productivity.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement across our infrastructure.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud or Huawei Cloud; AWS experience is also acceptable.
• Proven experience managing networking (VPCs), virtual machines, and managed databases.
• Excellent proficiency with Linux administration, especially CentOS.
• Strong knowledge of Docker for managing containerized applications.
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools for system health and performance, such as Prometheus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Familiarity with SAMA-CSF standards, or a strong desire to learn and apply them in practice.
• Experience with cloud automation tools like Terraform or Ansible.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Experience with container orchestration (*, Kubernetes).
• Prior experience working in a fintech environment.
