About the Role

Master Works, through its subsidiary SOOR, is seeking a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing, supporting, monitoring, and securing enterprise application hosting environments. The primary objective is to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and robust security across these critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot IIS and SQL Server environments.
• Provide support for web applications and production environments.
• Diagnose and resolve issues spanning network, security, application, and database layers.
• Manage SSL certificates, IIS security, authentication, and access controls.
• Work with Apache, Tomcat, Java-based applications, APIs, load balancing, and Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
• Contribute to backup, disaster recovery, and recovery testing initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in cloud and infrastructure engineering. The role requires strong practical skills and knowledge in the following areas:

• Strong experience with IIS, Windows Server, SQL Server, and application hosting.
• Proficiency in IIS and SQL Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, networking, web hosting, and cybersecurity controls.
• Familiarity with change management, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a technical team dedicated to maintaining robust enterprise application hosting environments.
