About the Talent Operations Manager Role
Hire Feed is seeking a Talent Operations Manager for one of its clients. This full-time position involves overseeing end-to-end hiring processes and optimizing talent acquisition systems. The role requires managing a distributed team to support global recruitment efforts and enhance hiring efficiency across various business units. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $110,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable talent acquisition workflows to streamline candidate sourcing and onboarding processes.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with hiring managers to ensure recruitment strategies align with business needs.
- Analyze hiring metrics and performance data to identify areas for process improvement and reduce time-to-fill.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
- Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to secure cost-effective hiring solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems and HR analytics tools.
- Proficiency in utilizing data for recruitment optimization and decision-making.
- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks among multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements relevant to global talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination between internal teams and external partners.
