About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition to join its Human Resources team. Qiddiya is a Giga project under the Public Investment Fund (PIF), envisioned as a leading destination for entertainment, sports, and culture, located approximately 45 kilometers from Riyadh. The project spans 366 square kilometers and aims to integrate leisure, culture, and living.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for key positions within the organization. This role involves managing a team of recruiters while also personally overseeing talent acquisition for a specific division. The position requires a strategic approach to identifying and attracting talent to meet workforce planning needs and hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, while acting as the Talent Acquisition lead for a designated division.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Develop robust pipelines for challenging-to-fill roles through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time to fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
  • Optimize recruitment processes and tools for efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on workforce planning and hiring scenarios to ensure smooth TA processes for departments.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve team hiring targets, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and quality-of-hire.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and performance check-ins to align with hiring goals and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and translate them into actionable recruitment plans.
  • Identify and address underperforming stages in the recruitment funnel to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10-12 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed hiring goals.
  • At least 2 years in a recruitment leadership or team management role, with a focus on accountability and results.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools (*, LinkedIn Recruiter), and recruitment analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing high-volume and/or multi-location hiring with tight deadlines.
  • An analytical mindset with a strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition within the GCC region, specifically in the Real Estate or Construction market.
