About the Training Opportunity

Al Rajhi Takaful Company announces a training opportunity within the "Tamheer" program, supported by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). This program aims to equip new Saudi graduates with practical skills and necessary experience to build a strong foundation for their future career paths in the job market.

This training opportunity provides practical experience in a professional work environment, with direct applied training that aligns with the field of study. The program seeks to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical application, and prepare participants to successfully engage in the professional world.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Trainees will participate in tasks and projects that align with their academic backgrounds and operational needs of Al Rajhi Takaful Company, under the supervision of specialists. These tasks include, but are not limited to, gaining practical experience in the following areas:

  • Assisting in administrative tasks related to management information systems.
  • Supporting risk assessment and insurance activities.
  • Contributing to IT projects and technical support.
  • Participating in business management functions and initiatives.
  • Supporting human resources processes and procedures.
  • Participating in activities related to the English Language Department.
  • Assisting in finance-related tasks and conducting analyses.
  • Supporting legal department functions and conducting research.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • The applicant must be a recent graduate holding a Bachelor's degree or Diploma.
  • Qualified academic fields include: Management Information Systems, Risk Management and Insurance, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, English Language, Finance, and Law.
  • The applicant must be registered on the "Taqat" platform.
  • The applicant must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer program.
  • The applicant must not have been registered with the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) during the past six months.
  • The applicant must currently be unemployed.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages in speaking and writing is required.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
