Team Manager

About the Role

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Team Manager for its Riyadh location. This full-time role involves supporting the Store Manager in leading and developing the sales, operations, and security teams. The primary objective is to meet or exceed commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience. The Team Manager will also oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Role Overview

The Team Manager acts as an attentive and inspiring leader, fostering relationships with both internal and external clients. This role requires an individual who can serve as a mentor and coach, ensuring unsurpassed client service as a Guest Experience Manager. The position is critical for maintaining service excellence and achieving business objectives within the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach, guide, and support the sales and operations teams to orchestrate client experiences that meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets.
• Build a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences, partnering with the Store Director.
• Embody LVMH Values, cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit, fostering creativity and innovation, and delivering excellence in all tasks.
• Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets.
• Deepen client relationships to achieve or exceed sales targets, product category targets, and relevant KPIs.
• Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
• Deliver Tiffany Touch moments to both team members and clients, managing client relationships personally.
• Drive business through key product pillars and KPIs.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and support a team.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on service excellence and client experience.
• A dynamic and inspiring leadership style.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
