Imploy is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to leading the successful delivery of technology projects and digital solutions, overseeing cross-functional technical teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Role Overview

The Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality across all technology initiatives. This position requires a strategic technology leader with strong project management expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects in dynamic environments. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers.
• Define project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical delivery plans.
• Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee release planning, deployment activities, and post-implementation support.
• Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports for executive leadership.
• Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party service providers when required.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in technical project delivery or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
