About the Role

Datamatics Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of dedicated experience in project management, focusing on the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of key projects, ensuring they meet agreed-upon quality standards and strategic objectives. This role involves comprehensive project oversight, from planning and execution to stakeholder engagement and financial management, particularly within areas such as Information Risk Management (IRM), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Audit management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess project requirements, review strategies, and drive decisions, implementation, and governance.
• Manage multiple key and strategic projects concurrently, with a preference for experience in IRM, TPRM, Audit management, and BCM.
• Conduct effective stakeholder management, both internal and client-facing, up to Director/VP career stages, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Apply commercial acumen, including estimation, budgeting, earned value analysis, and maintaining Gross Margin (GM) and Operating Income (OI).
• Maintain strong business communication, presentation, and conflict management skills.
• Develop and deliver quality metrics, burn-down charts, and comprehensive progress and status reporting at the portfolio level.
• Manage relationships and status reporting within the organization, with clients, and with applicable third parties.
• Oversee internal and external dependencies for assigned projects.
• Create and track detailed plans to achieve program goals, including technical implementation plans.
• Manage dependencies across various platform and technology teams to ensure transparency and visibility for key deliverables.
• Handle scope (requirements) and backlog management, quality management, and risks and issues management.
• Develop and manage end-to-end program plans.
• Lead and be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of overall projects, ensuring agreed solutions are delivered with specified quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and programs.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management at senior organizational levels.
• Strong understanding and application of commercial principles in project delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
