About the Role

Future Connect is seeking a Technical Manager to join a leading and well-established real estate development company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a highly experienced technical leader with 5-10 years of experience, specializing in high-rise building projects and multidisciplinary engineering management.

Role Context

The Technical Manager will lead and oversee all technical functions for complex high-rise tower projects. This role involves managing a multidisciplinary technical team and ensuring that all project designs and executions comply with established standards and requirements. The position demands a strong background in technical leadership and project oversight within the real estate development sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary Technical Team, including Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.
• Review and approve design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submittals prior to site execution.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, international standards, and project technical requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, designers, and client representatives to resolve technical issues.
• Oversee BIM coordination and multidisciplinary clash detection to ensure constructability.
• Evaluate value engineering proposals and recommend optimal technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project engineering teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while reporting key updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience managing technical functions on high-rise tower projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and international engineering standards.
• Hands-on experience with BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design management.
• Previous experience within Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
