About the Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading and managing technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.

Role Purpose and Context

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing technology projects, ensuring they meet agreed-upon scope, budget, and timeline requirements. This position requires effective coordination between technical teams and various business stakeholders to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocation strategies, and budgets.
• Coordinate efforts across software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and quality assurance teams.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and managing risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage both business and technical requirements.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet specified quality standards and align with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with vendors, third-party suppliers, and external partners as required.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions made, and follow up on action items.
• Ensure adherence to established project governance frameworks and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Support change management activities to promote smooth project adoption.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management.
