About the Role

BIN TALEB is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading technical sales operations and managing the bid process from initial order receipt through to contract award. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage technical sales operations and bids, from order receipt to contract award.
Analyze Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and tender documents, including technical specifications.
Review drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and analyze project requirements.
Prepare and review pricing proposals and technical/commercial bids.
Oversee cost estimation and pricing strategies to ensure profitability margins.
Coordinate with engineering departments and procurement to ensure bid accuracy.
Manage technical and commercial negotiations with clients, contractors, and consultants.
Develop business opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in technical sales or a related field. A strong understanding of sales operations, bid management, and technical specifications is essential for success in this role.

Required Skills

Proficiency in analyzing RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications.
Ability to review engineering drawings and Bills of Quantities.
Strong skills in preparing and reviewing pricing proposals and technical/commercial bids.
Expertise in cost estimation and developing profitable pricing strategies.
Effective coordination and communication skills for liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Proven negotiation skills for managing technical and commercial discussions.
Demonstrated ability to develop business opportunities and meet sales targets.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The salary for this role ranges from SAR 15,000 to SAR 18,750, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
