About the Technician HVAC Senior Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a full-time Technician HVAC Senior to join their team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for the inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment, ensuring the optimal functioning of property systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of the mechanical plant.
• Monitor and control property temperatures and analyze energy and utility usage.
• Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other related equipment.
• Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems, electronic wiring, and pipe assemblies, including fittings and valves.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Adhere to all company safety and security policies and procedures, reporting any maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries.
• Ensure professional appearance and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Interact with guests professionally and address their service needs.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and respond appropriately to concerns.
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role requires the ability to perform physical tasks including reaching overhead and below the knees, moving in confined or elevated spaces, and navigating sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. The technician will also move up and down stairs, service ramps, and ladders. Tasks involve grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight. Assistance may be required for moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects weighing over 100 pounds, and the individual must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors will also be performed.

Required Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification
• Driver’s License
• HVAC Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Education from a Technical, Trade, or Vocational School.
• A minimum of 3 years of related work experience.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant HVAC role. While supervisory experience is not required for this position, a strong foundation in technical HVAC operations is essential.
