About the Role

Deemah is seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to achieving engineering objectives through the development and execution of suitable and effective action plans within the organization.

Role Purpose

The Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of our systems. This involves a proactive approach to maintenance activities and a commitment to upholding quality standards, directly contributing to the company's engineering goals and overall operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of department policies, procedures, and controls across all maintenance department activities.
• Ensure all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are fulfilled in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, specifically ISO9001 standards.

Primary Duties

• Maintain and continuously update PLC software.
• Ensure the availability of necessary spare parts for machinery.
• Communicate effectively with external machine suppliers for support and procurement.
• Provide essential support to production operations in the event of any breakdowns.
• Program software for machine PLCs to optimize performance and functionality.

Quality and Compliance

A fundamental aspect of this role involves strict adherence to quality management principles. The Technician is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities and operational procedures meet the rigorous standards set by the QMS (ISO9001), thereby contributing to overall operational excellence and regulatory compliance within the department.
