About the Role

Lifera is seeking a Technology Business Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role serves as a strategic link between business stakeholders and the Digital & IT delivery teams. The specialist will focus on defining requirements, optimizing workflows, and supporting the implementation of enterprise digital solutions within Lifera's biopharma operations.

Role Context and Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate the development and deployment of robust, scalable digital solutions. This involves eliciting, analyzing, validating, and documenting both business and technical requirements, as well as identifying opportunities for operational workflow optimization. The specialist will contribute to ensuring that technology initiatives align with Lifera’s broader business and transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for enterprise systems and digital solutions.
• Analyze existing business and operational workflows to identify gaps and inefficiencies, then design IT-enabled process improvements.
• Collaborate with business units, IT delivery teams, and project managers to define scope, prioritize backlogs, and track project deliverables.
• Assist in solution delivery, configuration reviews, system integration support, and technical documentation.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), define test cases and criteria, coordinate user feedback loops, and track defect resolution.
• Prepare end-user documentation, deliver training sessions, and support change management for digital adoption.
• Contribute to digital product roadmaps and strategic IT initiatives aligned with Lifera’s business and transformation objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Experience in process optimization and designing IT-enabled improvements.
• Familiarity with supporting the implementation of enterprise digital solutions.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Lifera's expanding biopharma operations. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with various business units and IT delivery teams.
