About the Technology Performance Specialist Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking a Technology Performance Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on developing and implementing frameworks to measure, monitor, and improve technology performance across the organization. The role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and the performance of digital products.

Core Responsibilities

The Technology Performance Specialist will be responsible for a range of key activities aimed at enhancing technology operations. This includes:

• Developing, maintaining, and governing the Technology KPI Framework, ensuring KPIs align with strategic objectives.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of technology requests, systems, products, and operations to identify gaps, trends, and risks.
• Conducting benchmarking studies against industry standards to assess performance maturity.
• Preparing periodic performance reports, scorecards, and executive dashboards with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensuring KPI governance, data quality, and reporting consistency.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technology performance, product quality, and operational efficiency.
• Identifying and implementing automation and AI-driven solutions for performance monitoring, reporting, and predictive analytics.
• Designing centralized technology performance dashboards to consolidate key metrics.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Technology Performance, KPI Governance, Reporting, and Analytics.

Essential Certifications and Skills

The following certifications and skills are considered essential for this position:

• Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundation, Lean Six Sigma, Data Analytics Certifications. Certified KPI Professional and Certified KPI Practitioner are preferred.
• Skills: KPI Framework Development & Governance, Benchmarking & Industry Analysis, Data Analysis & Reporting, Performance Assurance & Quality Control, Performance Monitoring & Trend Analysis, Continuous Improvement Methodologies, Process Automation & Workflow Optimization, AI Tools Adoption & AI-driven Analytics, Predictive Analytics & Insight Generation.
