Technology PMO Specialist

About the Role

stc is seeking a Technology PMO Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing Technology PMO activities, ensuring alignment with the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and adherence to established project management standards. The specialist will monitor project progress, support coordination and reporting, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of Technology PMO activities, coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and governance in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Consolidate project performance data and prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making and executive visibility.
• Monitor technology initiatives to ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets, escalating deviations as required.
• Ensure the consistent application of project management standards, frameworks, tools, and governance practices across all initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, optimize resource utilization, and resolve delivery challenges.
• Support portfolio alignment and reporting in coordination with the EPMO to maintain transparency and consistency.
• Track project progress, assess risks, and provide insights and recommendations to enhance performance and delivery outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and governance standards across all project activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, contributing to the technology project management framework within stc.
