Role Summary

The Telesales Supervisor is responsible for the comprehensive management of the telesales team, focusing on performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. This includes providing ongoing coaching, implementing performance management strategies, and ensuring all activities adhere to established policies and regulatory requirements. The supervisor plays a critical role in maximizing team efficiency and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a telesales team comprising 10 or more employees.
• Monitor sales performance closely to ensure the achievement of assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business targets.
• Supervise team productivity, call quality, and overall operational performance.
• Manage attendance, scheduling, leave requests, and operational approvals for the team.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports, providing recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with relevant departments to support smooth and efficient business operations.
• Utilize Banking Systems, CRM platforms, and performance dashboards to monitor and enhance team performance.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a telesales leadership or supervisory capacity. A proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets is essential.
