About the Role

Placemaker is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational consumer goods business for a Territory Sales Supervisor. This full-time, field-based position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working directly with distributors to achieve commercial objectives. The role is suited for individuals who thrive in a market-close environment and are focused on translating commercial plans into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance across the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with distributor sales teams to drive growth across multiple product categories.
• Cultivate relationships across wholesale, key accounts, and general trade channels.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper representation in the market.
• Support the execution of trade marketing and promotional activities.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions when performance deviates from targets.
• Analyze sales and market data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Coach distributor sales teams to enhance their performance.
• Monitor distribution standards, stock availability, and execution quality throughout the territory.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales or commercial roles.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with distributors and manage sales teams.
• Experience in the consumer goods sector is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a field-based role within the commercial team, requiring direct engagement with the market and various trade channels in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position is full-time.
