About the Role

ITC Infotech is seeking a Test Lead for the Digital & Core Banking Domain. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires a professional with extensive experience in banking platform testing. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and stability of critical banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute testing across Digital Banking and Core Banking platforms.
• Validate end-to-end customer journeys, including account opening, transactions, postings, balances, and related banking workflows.
• Perform Mobile Banking and Internet Banking testing.
• Validate API and system integrations across various banking applications.
• Support customer onboarding and certification testing processes.
• Manage defects, conduct root-cause analysis, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Execute regression testing to ensure application stability following changes and releases.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position must possess over 10 years of relevant experience in the digital and core banking domains. This includes a proven track record in leading testing efforts for complex banking systems.
