Testing and Commissioning Coordinator

About the Role

AECOM is seeking a Testing and Commissioning Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for ensuring that all systems, equipment, and installations meet quality standards and regulatory requirements prior to deployment. The coordinator will manage testing activities, documentation, and collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless commissioning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule testing and commissioning activities across multiple projects and work streams.
• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive testing and commissioning plans and procedures.
• Prepare and organize all required documentation, including test reports, checklists, and compliance records.
• Monitor testing progress and track completion of all commissioning milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing requirements and timelines.
• Identify and document any discrepancies, defects, or non-conformances discovered during testing phases.
• Maintain detailed records of all testing activities, results, and corrective actions taken.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the commissioning process.
• Analyze test data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to verify that all systems meet specified performance criteria.
• Support troubleshooting efforts and facilitate resolution of identified issues.
• Maintain organized filing systems and databases for all testing and commissioning documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven 8 years of experience in testing and commissioning coordination or similar quality assurance roles.
• Strong knowledge of testing procedures, protocols, and commissioning processes.
• Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping practices.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Experience with quality assurance and quality control methodologies.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Preferred experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
• Preferred familiarity with regulatory documentation and compliance frameworks.
• Preferred experience with testing equipment and instrumentation.
