About the Role

KPMG is seeking a full-time Transfer Pricing Manager with specialized expertise in financial transactions to join its dynamic transfer pricing practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves providing advisory and compliance services to local and multinational clients on complex transfer pricing matters, with a particular focus on financial transactions, while ensuring adherence to Saudi Arabian tax regulations and global guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advisory and compliance services on transfer pricing in line with Saudi Arabian and international regulatory frameworks, including OECD guidelines.
• Lead the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, such as local files, master files, and benchmarking analyses for financial transactions like intercompany loans, guarantees, and cash pooling.
• Support clients during tax audits and assist in resolving transfer pricing disputes with tax authorities.
• Advise on the pricing of related-party financial arrangements, including funding structures, guarantees, treasury functions, and other financial instruments.
• Perform benchmarking analyses to ensure compliance with arm's-length principles for financial transactions.
• Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing specific transfer pricing needs.
• Mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering their technical growth and professional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues on cross-border projects to deliver client-focused outcomes.
• Stay updated on global and local developments in transfer pricing regulations and their practical implications for financial transactions.

Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• A relevant postgraduate qualification or certification (*, CFA, ACCA, ACA, or CPA) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in transfer pricing, with significant exposure to financial transactions.
• Experience within the GCC region is considered an advantage.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS actions, and Saudi tax regulations.
• Expertise in structuring and pricing intercompany financial arrangements.
• Experience conducting benchmarking analyses using relevant tools.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
