About the Role: Travel Ambassador - Waed Program

FlyAkeed is offering an entry-level employment opportunity for Saudi talent through its Wa’ed Program. This full-time position as a Travel Ambassador is based in Riyadh Province, specifically in Riyadh, and is designed for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who have a strong interest in travel, customer service, and corporate travel. The role aims to provide on-the-job exposure and development in travel booking, corporate travel management, customer service, and VVIP traveler support, fostering a long-term career in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage travel itineraries based on traveler preferences, company policies, and budget requirements.
• Assist with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
• Learn and utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and other industry travel booking platforms and tools.
• Provide professional, personalized, and high-quality customer service to corporate and VVIP travelers.
• Serve as a point of contact for assigned customers and assist with their travel-related requests.
• Communicate with travelers through phone, email, and other channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor bookings to ensure all travel arrangements are accurate and aligned with company policies and approved travel guidelines.
• Assist travelers with changes, cancellations, delays, and other travel-related issues, minimizing disruption to their journey.
• Anticipate customer needs and recommend appropriate travel solutions to enhance the overall travel experience.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel service providers as required.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and customer communications.
• Handle customer information and travel details with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Develop knowledge of FlyAkeed’s services, values, and unique offerings, representing the company professionally.
• Stay informed about travel destinations, requirements, regulations, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills in corporate travel, customer service, and travel management.
