About the VIC Specialist Role

Sartoro Genève is seeking a VIC Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and focuses on cultivating and managing a portfolio of Very Important Clients (VICs). The specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for these clients, providing exceptional customer service, personalized experiences, and exclusive access to the brand's offerings, with a specific emphasis on Statement Creations and Sartoro High Jewelry.

Client Relationship and Service Excellence

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, understanding their preferences, needs, and lifestyle.
  • Proactively engage with clients through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and social media, to promote and educate them on the unique features and benefits of Statement Creations and Sartoro High Jewelry.
  • Provide personalized services, such as exclusive previews of new Statement Creations and Sartoro High Jewelry, private shopping appointments, and tailored recommendations based on individual style and preferences.

Sales Strategy and Performance

  • Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and converting new high-value clients, with a specific focus on promoting and selling Statement Creations and Sartoro High Jewelry.
  • Manage and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients, emphasizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities within these collections.

Exclusive Events and Client Support

  • Plan and execute exclusive events, trunk shows, and private viewings for high-value clients, with a strong emphasis on showcasing and promoting Statement Creations and Sartoro High Jewelry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution, highlighting the unique selling points of these collections.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service, including jewelry care, repairs, and alterations, particularly for Statement Creations and Sartoro High Jewelry.
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns related to these collections.

Market Awareness and Team Mentorship

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor activities, with a particular focus on the latest developments in Statement Creations and Sartoro High Jewelry.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential high-value clients and their preferences, paying special attention to their interest in these collections.
