MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is a leading information systems provider. The company is seeking a Video Conference Technician to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, contributing to the seamless operation of critical communication infrastructure.

Role Overview

This full-time position is dedicated to providing comprehensive technical support for video conferencing and collaboration rooms. The technician will be responsible for ensuring the readiness and functionality of AV systems, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining equipment to support scheduled and urgent meetings. This role requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience in technical support for video conferencing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for video conferencing and collaboration rooms.
• Prepare, test, and support meeting rooms before scheduled and critical meetings.
• Troubleshoot cameras, codecs, microphones, speakers, displays, and room-control systems.
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Logitech MTR, and Poly video conferencing systems.
• Troubleshoot AV, connectivity, content-sharing, and presentation issues.
• Perform equipment installation, configuration, replacement, and preventive maintenance.
• Provide immediate onsite support during urgent incidents and VIP/critical meetings.
• Create and update incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform.
• Coordinate with Network, Infrastructure, Security, and vendor teams for complex issues.
• Support approved firmware/software upgrades and equipment lifecycle activities.
• Maintain equipment inventory, technical records, and troubleshooting documentation.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in providing technical support for video conferencing and collaboration systems.
• Willingness to support critical meetings and participate in on-call support when required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing onsite support and may require flexibility to address urgent incidents and critical meetings, including participation in on-call support as needed.
