About the Role

Aajil is seeking a Video Editor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, execution-focused role requiring 2-5 years of experience. The Video Editor will be responsible for managing the end-to-end video production pipeline, working directly with the existing design team. The role demands a high pace and a commitment to quality and consistency across all creative outputs, which include podcasts, long-form interviews, employer branding, and LinkedIn video content.

Responsibilities

• Edit various types of long-form content from raw footage to final cut.
• Produce short-form video content and reels for LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Add motion graphics, lower thirds, and visual overlays using After Effects.
• Maintain visual and audio consistency across all output, adhering to Aajil's brand guidelines.
• Collaborate on-site to efficiently access and manage large production files.
• Deliver finished assets within tight turnaround timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating without a fully defined roadmap, preferring to resolve issues directly rather than escalating them. This role requires an individual who takes ownership of outcomes from day one and can translate a brief into effective content. We are looking for someone who makes strong creative decisions and understands how to deliver content that works.
